Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Timeframes We currently ship to all major centres within South Africa. Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch. Please note that deliveries to remote or outlying areas may take longer.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping on orders over R 750.00.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays & Exceptions Purrfect Paws is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather conditions, or public holidays. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [your email address]. We will investigate and work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
