We know every cat (and every cat parent) is different. Here are a few of the questions we're most often asked about The Pantry.
Do I have to order every month?
No. The Pantry is designed to be flexible. You can pause, skip or update your routine whenever you need to.
Can I change the products in my Pantry?
Absolutely! As your cats grow or their preferences change, we'll happily update your personalised Pantry.
Can I choose different brands?
Yes. You're free to mix and match your cat's favourite brands and products. We'll build your Pantry around what works best for them.
Do you automatically charge my card?
No. You'll receive a monthly invoice for approval and payment before we place your supplier order.
Can I add extra items to my Pantry?
Of course! Simply let us know before the monthly order cut-off date and we'll include them in your next delivery.
Is there a minimum monthly order?
Yes. To keep The Pantry practical and cost-effective, a minimum fortnightly/monthly order value applies. For fortnightly orders, a minimum of R1200.00 applies and for monthly orders a minimum of R2000.00 applies.
